Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and oversee all administrative tasks in the office, including managing calendars, setting appointments, and organizing meetings. 2. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence. 3. Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. 4. Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. 5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees, including scheduling interviews and maintaining HR records. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives when necessary. 7. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees, ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the office. 8. Help develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 9. Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry, as needed. 10. Work closely with other departments to ensure company goals and objectives are met.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in office management or a related field is required. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Dedicated and confident individual with a proactive and positive attitude. 8. Demonstrated soft skills in strategic planning and problem-solving. 9. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home for remote work. 10. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility on occasion.
