Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Progressive is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures - Oversee and support all administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations - Maintain communication between staff and upper management - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
