Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Operations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position suitable for candidates at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the online department, including managing website content, monitoring online activity, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to implement online strategies and initiatives. - Analyze online data and provide insights to optimize website performance and user experience. - Support the online customer service team in addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations to recommend improvements and innovations. - Support the implementation of online marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Passion for online operations and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. - Strong people management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of online tools and platforms such as CMS, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
