Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Cascades Canada is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated, with strong soft skills in cooperation and project management.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day online operations, including website maintenance, content updates, and customer service inquiries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement online marketing strategies and promotions - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to make informed decisions - Support the development and implementation of new online initiatives and projects - Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment for online sales

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with online platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus
