As an Online Operations Associate at L'Oréal Canada, located in Toronto, Ontario, you will play a crucial role in supporting the online operations for our digital platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the online platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to optimize online operations - Implement and maintain online merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations - Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality with a strong passion for digital operations and e-commerce - Strong adaptability and creativity to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online content management systems - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
