Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

HCA Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and resilient Online Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the online business. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain online operations, ensuring all systems are running smoothly - Conduct quality assurance checks on website functionality, content, and user experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new online initiatives and projects - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Provide customer support for online inquiries and issues - Assist with online marketing efforts, including social media management and email campaigns - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in online operations or a related field - Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenges and meet deadlines - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
