Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a part-time Online Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between online and physical store operations - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and stay competitive in the market - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail industry - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Adaptable and energetic personality traits, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Creative thinking and attention to detail to continuously improve online operations and customer experience
