Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Entergy in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in online operations management. The Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our online operations to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online operation strategies to meet company goals and objectives. 2. Manage day-to-day online operations, including customer service, order processing, inventory management, and website maintenance. 3. Analyze key performance indicators and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation integration. 5. Monitor and optimize online sales and marketing channels to increase revenue generation. 6. Lead and mentor a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency in online operations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record in online operations management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. 3.
