Job Description:
Barnes & Noble is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Online Operations Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in online operations management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the online retail industry and possess strong critical thinking and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive user experience. 2. Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies. 7. A passion for books and knowledge of the publishing industry is a plus.
