Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a talented and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. In this part-time role, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of the online platform, including content management, user experience, and performance monitoring. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase user engagement on the platform. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of online operations with overall business goals. 4. Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations. 5. Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow. 6. Manage various projects related to online operations, including website updates, feature enhancements, and performance improvements. 7. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of online operations and identify areas for improvement. 8. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the stability of the online platform. 9. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on online operations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online operations, e-commerce, or a related field. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. 4. Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends and best practices. 5. Passion for online operations and a drive to continuously improve user experience. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. 7. Experience managing a team of online operations specialists is preferred. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems.
