Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In this part-time Associate Level position, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online operations for the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online platforms and websites to enhance user experience and drive sales - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement online strategies and campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Ensure all online content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines - Lead a team of online operations staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and online operations - Develop and present reports on online performance and key metrics to senior management - Implement e-commerce tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficient in e-commerce platforms and analytic tools - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Experience managing a team of online operations staff - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies - Familiarity with web development and design principles
