Online Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Sealed Air is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Personal Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Online Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our online operations and ensuring seamless communication with our customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online inquiries and customer service requests. 2. Coordinate online orders and shipments. 3. Assist in updating and maintaining online content. 4. Provide administrative support to the online team. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 6. Assist in managing online calendars and schedules. 7. Conduct online research to support business initiatives. 8. Maintain confidentiality of all online information.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools. 7. Project management skills.
