Job Description: Salesforce.com is seeking a motivated and driven Online Personal Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Online Personal Assistant, you will provide remote administrative support to our team members, helping them stay organized and efficient in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and appointments for team members - Handle email correspondence and prioritize important messages - Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics - Conduct research and compile information as needed - Prepare documents, reports, and presentations - Provide general administrative support to team members - Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as booking travel arrangements or ordering supplies - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
