Dover is seeking a confident and independent Online Personal Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing the online calendar for executives. 2. Handling emails and correspondence on behalf of executives. 3. Researching and compiling information for various projects. 4. Scheduling appointments and meetings. 5. Assisting with travel arrangements. 6. Creating and editing presentations and documents. 7. Handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong creativity and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Proven experience in a similar role. 7. Knowledge of online tools and platforms for collaboration.
