Job Description:
As an Online Secretary at Asbury Automotive Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance and managing various online tasks. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing online calendars - Responding to emails and messages promptly - Coordinating online meetings and appointments - Maintaining online filing systems and databases - Assisting with online research and data entry tasks - Managing social media accounts and online communication platforms - Providing administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about online work - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities - Experience in online secretarial or administrative roles preferred
