Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in operations management or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and independence, as well as strong leadership and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage remote operations for the company, including overseeing team members and ensuring efficient workflow - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase productivity - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve company goals - Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment on key initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote operations to continuously improve our processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
