Operations Associate

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in operations management. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials. 2. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. 3. Support production processes by following established procedures and guidelines. 4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for improvements. 5. Participate in safety evaluations and adhere to all safety protocols. 6. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. 7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
