Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals who are driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and analysis skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the operations team in day-to-day activities and projects. 2. Assist with data entry and data analysis tasks. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. 4. Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve operational processes. 5. Communicate with clients and external partners as needed. 6. Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or a related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
