Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Operations Manager to join our team at L Brands in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for remote team members - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high productivity levels - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Conduct regular check-ins with remote team members to ensure their well-being and job satisfaction - Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the remote team - Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics - Coordinate with HR to address any employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for remote operations management - Manage and track team KPIs and report on performance metrics to senior management

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage a distributed team - Experience with performance management and team leadership - Knowledge of remote work best practices and tools - Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Ability to prioritize employee well-being through health and wellness initiatives
