Operations Manager

Nature's Path Foods is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an experienced individual with at least 6 years of relevant experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all operational activities within the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and mentoring as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization - Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients to strengthen business partnerships - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations management with at least 6 years of relevant work experience - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Confident and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
