Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Rockwell Collins. This part-time position is based in Toronto, Ontario, CA and is suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee the day-to-day operations of remote teams and ensure they are meeting their targets - Manage and monitor remote employees to ensure productivity and team cohesion - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms - Provide guidance and support to remote employees in their personal and professional development - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote setting - Proven track record of improving operational processes and achieving targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and passionate about driving results - Proficient in data analysis and reporting - Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills
