Operations Manager

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress - Collaborate with different departments to improve cross-functional communication - Manage and mentor a team of operations staff - Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of success in a similar role - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to cooperate and work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
