Operations Manager

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards - Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership and guidance to drive performance and productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness - Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain management to maintain adequate stock levels - Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders to ensure operational goals are being met - Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to drive innovation and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement - Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle high-pressure situations - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
