Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate and resourceful, with strong soft skills in project management and time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage remote teams and operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met 5. Identify and address operational challenges to drive continuous improvement 6. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures 7. Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment 8. Manage company transportation, Visa sponsorship, and travel & spending expenses

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role 3. Strong project management skills 4. Excellent time management abilities 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8. Ability to collaborate with colleagues worldwide and foster a global village mentality
