Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Health Net is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in operations management and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. As the Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Health Net's remote teams, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for remote teams - Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Communicate with remote team members to ensure alignment and engagement - Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset - Proven track record of driving results and achieving operational goals - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
