Operations Manager

Job Description:

Ryder System is currently seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, creative, and have experience in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility - Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures - Creating and managing operational budgets - Monitoring and analyzing operational performance - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Leading a team of operational staff - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in operations management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think strategically and creatively - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Experience with budgeting and financial analysis - Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices - Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies
