Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a remote team of operations professionals - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in operations management - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of managing remote teams - Experience in financial services industry is a plus
