Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience at a Mid-to-Senior Level who is reliable, driven, innovative, and has strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the remote team, ensuring efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated issues and make decisions to resolve any operational challenges - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to implement in the organization

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
