Operations Manager

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions - Lead and support a team of employees to achieve departmental goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes - Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong leadership and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Proven track record of success in operations management - Experience in the food industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
