Job Description:
As an Operations Manager for Xcel Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company while working from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Provide leadership and direction to team members to ensure successful execution of projects - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and hardworking attitude - High emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with project management software is a plus
