Job Description:
Pomerleau is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Personal Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to an executive team member and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of their professional and personal life.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. 3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. 4. Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. 5. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations. 6. Coordinate and organize events, both professional and personal, as required. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. 9. Run errands and perform other personal tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Adaptable personality with high energy levels. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 8. Knowledge of executive support best practices. 9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
