Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Remote Personal Assistant to join our team at Export Development Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Personal Assistant will provide administrative support to our team members remotely.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Screening and handling phone calls and emails - Making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics - Organizing and maintaining documents and files - Assisting with special projects and events as needed - Conducting research and compiling reports - Providing general administrative support to team members
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong adaptability and cooperation soft skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong verbal and written communication skills
