Job Description:
McKesson is seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Secretary at McKesson, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office and providing administrative assistance to various departments. This is an Associate Level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate office activities and operations - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist with the organization of events and conferences - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Provide general administrative support as needed - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Resilient and confident attitude - Critical thinking skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
