Job Description:
AbbVie is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Secretary to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and teams within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Assist in organizing and executing meetings, events, conferences, and team building activities - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and project management skills are a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
