Job Description: Molina Healthcare is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team while working remotely.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed - Assist with special projects and presentations - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally - Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records - Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred
