Job Description:
Medavie is looking for a part-time Secretary to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario. This entry-level position requires 0 years of experience, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails - Organize and maintain electronic and paper files - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations - Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow - Manage calendars and schedule meetings - Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
