Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote work position suitable for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account manager in day-to-day operations - Assist with managing client accounts, including data entry and maintenance - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed - Coordinate communication between internal departments and clients - Update and maintain sales reports and databases - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the account management team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in account management or support - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Energetic personality with a positive attitude
