Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Voya Financial is looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with the flexibility to work from your own home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal role for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support to Account Managers and Client Relations team - Assisting with client onboarding and account setup processes - Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate client records and updating databases - Supporting the development and implementation of client service strategies - Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning and persuasion skills are a must - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
