Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate-Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to account managers by maintaining client records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence - Assist in the preparation of client meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and follow-up actions - Conduct research and analysis on client accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement - Assist in negotiation processes with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with various departments within the company to address client needs and concerns effectively - Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Handle incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Analysis and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
