Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Account Support Assistant to join our team at Cincinnati Financial. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to account managers and clients - Assist with data entry, documentation, and file management - Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and phone - Assist with research and analysis on client accounts - Support in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met


Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility in schedule
