Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description

AutoZone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a remote work position with part-time hours and a mid-to-senior level seniority level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Develop and implement strategies to increase account retention and growth - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Track and report on key performance metrics - Participate in regular team meetings and trainings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
