Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the account management team in various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients via phone, email, or other communication channels - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products and services - Assist in preparing and following up on sales proposals and contracts

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus
