Job Description - Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and independent Account Support Officer to join our team at Loblaw Companies, a leading retail company, in a remote work capacity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts through various communication channels. 2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and payments. 3. Liaise with internal departments to resolve any account-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Assist in preparing reports and analysis on account performance and trends. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless global support network. 6. Support senior account managers in developing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities. 7. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of account management. 8. Handle people management responsibilities as needed, including training and mentoring junior team members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in people management is a plus. 8. Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
