Job Description - Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


CIBC is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in the financial industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in managing their accounts. 2. Process account transactions accurately and efficiently. 3. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any account-related issues. 5. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. 6. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
