Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team at Chesapeake Energy. This is a remote work opportunity based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
