Job Description:
Amphenol, a leading global provider of interconnect solutions, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to assigned customer accounts. 2. Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general account maintenance. 3. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 4. Utilize CRM software to track account information and sales activity. 5. Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis as needed. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 4. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 5. Motivated to learn and grow within the organization. 6. Presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
