Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team at Cisco Systems. This is a part-time remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and general account management tasks - Conduct research and gather information to provide accurate and timely solutions to client issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong research skills to gather necessary information to solve customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Experience in a customer support or account management role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
