Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Seaspan ULC is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative. This is a part-time remote position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients with their account-related inquiries and needs. 2. Assist with account management tasks, such as updating customer information, processing payments, and resolving account discrepancies. 3. Conduct analysis to identify potential issues and provide solutions to improve customer experience. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive client retention and satisfaction. 6. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and timely manner. 7. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or account support role for a minimum of 4 years. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Knowledge of the maritime industry is a plus.
