Account Support Representative - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Account Support Representative to join our team at VF in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time, associate level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing support to key customer accounts by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Managing and maintaining customer account records and ensuring accuracy of information. - Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction. - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following personality traits: passion for customer service and a resourceful mindset. In addition, you should have strong soft skills such as decision-making and analysis abilities.
