Job Description:
WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This position will be remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, reliable, and excited to support our clients with their account needs.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for account-related inquiries - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and account management best practices - Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Excellent planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Reliable and punctual - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Comfortable working in a remote environment
